O texto traz informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre direitos e  obriga\u00e7\u00f5es, aspectos conceituais, vantagens e orienta\u00e7\u00f5es importantes.<\/p>\n<p>Para  o diretor de Estudos e Pesquisas do IDT, Papito de Oliveira, \u201ca  Cartilha \u00e9 uma ferramenta importante no processo de conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o. Os  dados da \u00faltima Pesquisa de Emprego e Desemprego (PED), de agosto, na  RMF, mostram que existem 130 mil pessoas trabalhando nessa ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e  que muitos ainda se encontram na informalidade.
