A receita de multas foi R$ 106.965.575,46 e o total aplicado nas \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdreas obrigat\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdrias foi de R$ 125.860.341,05.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Artigo 320, do C\u00ef\u00bf\u00bddigo de Tr\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdnsito Brasileiro \u00ef\u00bf\u00bd CTB, determina que a receita de multas deve ser aplicada obrigatoriamente nas \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdreas de sinaliza\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdo, engenharia de tr\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdfego, de campo, policiamento, fiscaliza\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdo e educa\u00ef\u00bf\u00bd\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdo de tr\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdnsito.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O Detran aplicou no exerc\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdcio de 2017 o \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdndice de 18,66% a mais sobre a receita de multas, para atender as demandas nas \u00ef\u00bf\u00bdreas obrigat\u00ef\u00bf\u00bdrias.
