Tamb\u00e9m podem ser beneficiadas comunidades rurais, grupos de produtores organizados e benefici\u00e1rios de projetos de reforma agr\u00e1ria. \u00c9 requisito do projeto que os beneficiados tenham disponibilidade de acesso \u00e0 energia el\u00e9trica, \u00e1gua e estrutura de capta\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00e1rea. Tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 necess\u00e1rio estar adimplente com qualquer \u00f3rg\u00e3o ou institui\u00e7\u00e3o municipal, estadual e federal. \u00a0A institui\u00e7\u00e3o pretendente dever\u00e1 ter no m\u00ednimo dois anos de funda\u00e7\u00e3o, possuir ata de funda\u00e7\u00e3o, ata de elei\u00e7\u00e3o da atual Diretoria, estatuto e CNPJ.
