{"id":7199,"date":"2018-08-29T14:18:31","date_gmt":"2018-08-29T17:18:31","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.esp.ce.gov.br\/?page_id=7199"},"modified":"2026-02-27T14:23:49","modified_gmt":"2026-02-27T17:23:49","slug":"diretoria-de-educacao-permanente-e-profissional-em-saude","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/www.ce.gov.br\/esp\/ensino\/diretoria-de-educacao-permanente-e-profissional-em-saude\/","title":{"rendered":"Diretoria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente e Profissional em Sa\u00fade (Dieps)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A <\/span><b>Diretoria de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente e Profissional em Sa\u00fade (Dieps)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> da ESP\/CE tem como prop\u00f3sito fortalecer a presta\u00e7\u00e3o do cuidado \u00e0 sociedade com excel\u00eancia por meio do desenvolvimento de <\/span><b>capacita\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>qualifica\u00e7\u00e3o e forma\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho em Sa\u00fade <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">com excel\u00eancia para atuarem no Sistema \u00danico de Sa\u00fade (SUS).<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O setor \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por coordenar a execu\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente em Sa\u00fade, por meio do desenvolvimento de cursos nas modalidades B\u00e1sico, Atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, Aperfei\u00e7oamento, T\u00e9cnico e P\u00f3s-t\u00e9cnico para os trabalhadores de n\u00edvel m\u00e9dio e superior, bem como gestores e controle social.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Como principais avan\u00e7os destaca-se a <\/span><b>regionaliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>descentraliza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e <\/span><b>interioriza\u00e7\u00e3o <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">dos processos de forma\u00e7\u00e3o, alinhadas com as prioridades sanit\u00e1rias das regi\u00f5es de sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Em 2023, a Dieps assumiu o compromisso de executar mais de 50 cursos, totalizando mais de <\/span><b>4 mil vagas <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">disponibilizadas em diversas modalidades para as cinco Regi\u00f5es de Sa\u00fade do Estado. Entre as principais entregas vinculadas \u00e0 Dieps est\u00e3o: implementa\u00e7\u00e3o da <\/span><b>Rede Sa\u00fade Escola (Rese)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, por meio da capacita\u00e7\u00e3o profissional dos N\u00facleos de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o Permanente em Sa\u00fade (Neps); fortalecimento da <\/span><b>Rede de Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (Raps), por meio do Projeto Cuidados em Sa\u00fade Mental e Aten\u00e7\u00e3o Psicossocial (Smaps); <\/span><b>Fortalecimento da Vigil\u00e2ncia em Sa\u00fade<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, por meio do desenvolvimento de cursos nas \u00e1reas da Vigil\u00e2ncia Epidemiol\u00f3gica, Sa\u00fade do Trabalhador, Ambiente e Sanit\u00e1ria; promo\u00e7\u00e3o da educa\u00e7\u00e3o profissional t\u00e9cnica de n\u00edvel m\u00e9dio em Sa\u00fade; entre outras.
