Caracteriza-se tamb\u00e9m por possuir pontos claros de inicio e fim. Um projeto diferencia-se, no entanto, dos trabalhos de rotina que s\u00e3o recorrentes e n\u00e3o apresentam um fim claro de processo.<\/p>\n<p>Todo plano ou projeto resulta de necessidades organizacionais. Quanto mais fortes essas for\u00e7as impulsoras, mais prov\u00e1vel o \u00eaxito do projeto. O Projeto PG100, considerando a necessidade de alinhar as diretrizes e projetos j\u00e1 existentes com o contexto do HGF, em 2011, possui quest\u00f5es que ter\u00e3o impacto no prazo proposto, ou seja, nos pr\u00f3ximos 100 dias.<\/p>\n<p>Para isso, faz-se necess\u00e1rio definir algumas estrat\u00e9gias priorit\u00e1rias para direcionar as a\u00e7\u00f5es da dire\u00e7\u00e3o do hospital. As diretorias geral, m\u00e9dica, t\u00e9cnica, gest\u00e3o de pessoas, administrativo-financeira e Se\u00e7\u00e3o de Estudos e Pesquisas foram as cinco grandes \u00e1reas envolvidas. Para cada uma dessas \u00e1reas, priorizaram-se macro-a\u00e7\u00f5es a curto prazo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.Planejamento<\/strong><br \/>Um bom planejamento assegura que o projeto fique pronto no prazo, utilizando os recursos necess\u00e1rios, dentro do or\u00e7amento previsto, com os resultados esperados. O PG 100 descreve de forma met\u00f3dica, clara e simples os objetivos, constituindo-se em um plano que detalha atividades, estrat\u00e9gias, indicadores de desempenho e respons\u00e1veis pela execu\u00e7\u00e3o e resultados.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<br \/>Na defini\u00e7\u00e3o do planejamento do PG100 foram observadas as prioridades e a relev\u00e2ncia de cada atividade, elaborando-se um plano que \u00e9 o modelo que guia o projeto e detalha o trabalho que precisa ser feito. Deve-se tamb\u00e9m garantir a valida\u00e7\u00e3o do plano por todos os envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>O PG 100, como todo projeto, oferece desafios e experi\u00eancias para a equipe de trabalho e os objetivos devem ser identificados para todas as pessoas envolvidas na execu\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto.<br \/>O primeiro anexo apresenta o plano detalhando atividade, objetivo, estrat\u00e9gia, indicador, respons\u00e1vel e prazo.<br \/>O segundo anexo disponibiliza uma planilha mais detalhada onde para cada atividade \/ objetivo deve-se destacar as pessoas envolvidas, os recursos que se fizerem necess\u00e1rios e o custo, se pertinente.<br \/>Deve-se tamb\u00e9m seguir um cronograma de atividades para que se tenha controle sobre a execu\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/p>\n<p><strong>3.Implementa\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><br \/>O processo de implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto depende muito do desempenho da equipe e da capacidade de lideran\u00e7a de seu gerente. <br \/>O sucesso do PG100 depende dos profissionais que est\u00e3o envolvidos. Torna-se imprescind\u00edvel articular a equipe ao longo do desenvolvimento das atividades, estimulando o trabalho conjunto. \u00c9 importante assegurar-se de que todas as pessoas envolvidas tenham acesso \u00e0s informa\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00e1sicas do projeto e mantenha um bom fluxo de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o.<br \/>Definir responsabilidades, avaliar habilidades e definir as pessoas que far\u00e3o parte do processo de execu\u00e7\u00e3o s\u00e3o passos que ir\u00e3o assegurar a concretiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos objetivos e metas.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.Monitoramento do desempenho<\/strong><br \/>Manter o controle do projeto sup\u00f5e avaliar os resultados por meio dos indicadores estabelecidos e os que se fizerem necess\u00e1rios para cada objetivo \/ a\u00e7\u00e3o. Os resultados ser\u00e3o comunicados \u00e0 comunidade interna do hospital nos pain\u00e9is dispon\u00edveis. A assessoria da dire\u00e7\u00e3o far\u00e1 o monitoramento por meio de um sistema informatizado espec\u00edfico para o acompanhamento das atividades e resultados.
