Envolve informa\u00e7\u00f5es coletadas em prontu\u00e1rios, arquivos etc. <br \/> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p> <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">ORIENTA\u00c7\u00d5ES DE\u00a0 ENCAMINHAMENTO DE PROJETOS PARA O CEP-HM<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><br \/> (SISTEMA PLATAFORMA BRASIL)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">Desde janeiro de 2012, foi implantado o SISTEMA PLATAFORMA BRASIL, pela Comiss\u00e3o Nacional de \u00c9tica em Pesquisa (CONEP). Referido sistema foi criado em substitui\u00e7\u00e3o ao Sistema Nacional de Informa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre \u00c9tica em Pesquisa envolvendo Seres Humanos (SISNEP), com mecanismos de busca que permitem analisar retrospectivamente, as pesquisas em andamento no Pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p> A Plataforma Brasil \u00e9 formada por um banco de dados com quatro fontes prim\u00e1rias: pesquisadores, CEPs, CONEP e o p\u00fablico em geral, conforme orienta o <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">MANUAL\u00a0&#8211; SISTEMA PLATAFORMA BRASIL<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/ww16.ce.gov.br\/hm\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/117\/2013\/01\/manual-plataforma-brasil.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">(<span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">acesse o manual clicando aqui<\/span>)<\/a>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">O CEP-HM est\u00e1 cadastrado na Plataforma Brasil. Assim, para um pesquisador encaminhar seu protocolo de pesquisa \u00e9 preciso que ele acesse a Plataforma e, desde cadastrado, submeta por este meio seu estudo para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p> Deste modo, para apresentar um projeto ao CEP-HM, o pesquisador dever\u00e1 acessar o endere\u00e7o: <\/span><\/span><\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saude.gov.br\/plataformabrasil\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.saude.gov.br\/plataformabrasil\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff; text-decoration: underline;\">https:\/\/www.saude.gov.br\/plataformabrasil<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"> e cadastrar seu projeto no Sistema Plataforma Brasil.<\/p>\n<p> A Folha de Rosto gerada pelo sistema dever\u00e1 ser impressa e encaminhada para aprecia\u00e7\u00e3o e assinatura, acompanhada de carimbo institucional, pela Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Pesquisa do HM.<\/p>\n<p> Ap\u00f3s a obten\u00e7\u00e3o desta anu\u00eancia, a Folha de Rosto dever\u00e1 ser digitalizada e anexada \u00e0 Plataforma Brasil com vistas \u00e0 finaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da submiss\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: 150%;\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-size: 8pt;\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><\/p>\n<p> <\/span><\/span><\/span><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\">Lembre-se a necessidade de serem tamb\u00e9m anexados os seguintes documentos:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\" color=\"#000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial;\" face=\"Arial\"><span size=\"1\"><br \/> \u2022\u00a0Carta de Encaminhamento (preenchido e assinado);<br \/> \u2022\u00a0Termo de Consentimento Livre e Esclarecido ou Termo de Confidencialidade (conforme a situa\u00e7\u00e3o da pesquisa);<br \/> \u2022\u00a0Carta de Autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do Hospital de Messejana (Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Pesquisa).
