Das 9 \u00e0s 13 horas, quem passar pela pra\u00e7a, na tenda da Sesa, al\u00e9m de ficar sabendo dos dez passos para uma boa alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o, com distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de frutas, poder\u00e1 verificar como anda a press\u00e3o arterial, a taxa de glicose e ainda o \u00cdndice de Massa Corp\u00f3rea (IMC). Com esses exames, a ideia \u00e9 prevenir a diabetes, a obesidade e a hipertens\u00e3o. Um dos principais fatores de risco do AVC \u00e9 a hipertens\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\">A tenda da Sesa faz parte do evento \u00a8Dia da Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o na Pra\u00e7a, que todos os anos a Secretaria do Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Social do Estado realiza com diferentes institui\u00e7\u00f5es, com o objetivo de refor\u00e7ar a alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o como um direito humano. Cerca de 800 milh\u00f5es de pessoas vivem em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de inseguran\u00e7a alimentar. Isso significa que n\u00e3o t\u00eam acesso \u00e0 alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o saud\u00e1vel, de qualidade, em quantidade suficiente e de modo permanente. Mais de 180 pa\u00edses organizam atividades, aproveitando a data 16 de outubro, \u00a0e se mobilizam a fim de reduzir a fome. Comemorada h\u00e1 27 anos, a data lembra a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Organiza\u00e7\u00e3o das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas para a Agricultura e Alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o (FAO).<\/div>\n<div style=\"color: #000000; font-family: Arial; font-size: 11px; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; letter-spacing: normal; line-height: normal; orphans: 2; text-align: start; text-indent: 0px; text-transform: none; white-space: normal; widows: 2; word-spacing: 0px; -webkit-text-size-adjust: auto; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; background-color: #ffffff;\"><strong><\/p>\n<p>OS DEZ PASSOS PARA UMA BOA ALIMENTA\u00c7\u00c3O<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Fa\u00e7a pelo menos 3 refei\u00e7\u00f5es (caf\u00e9 da manh\u00e3, almo\u00e7o e jantar) e 2 lanches saud\u00e1veis por dia. N\u00e3o pule as refei\u00e7\u00f5es<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>Inclua diariamente 6 por\u00e7\u00f5es do grupo do cereais(arroz, milho, trigo, p\u00e3es e massas), tub\u00e9rculos como a batata e ra\u00edzes como a mandioca\/macaxeira\/aipim nas refei\u00e7\u00f5es. D\u00ea prefer\u00eancia aos gr\u00e3os integrais e aos alimentos naturais.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Coma diariamente pelo menos 3 por\u00e7\u00f5es de legumes e verduras como parte das refei\u00e7\u00f5es e 3 por\u00e7\u00f5es ou mais de frutas nas sobremesas e lanches.<\/p>\n<p><strong>4.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>Coma feij\u00e3o com arroz todos os dias ou, pelo menos, 5 vezes por semana. Esse prato brasileiro \u00e9 uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o completa de prote\u00ednas e bom para a sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n<p><strong>5.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Consuma diariamente 3 por\u00e7\u00f5es de leite e derivados e 1 por\u00e7\u00e3o de carnes, aves, peixes ou ovos. Retirar a gordura aparente das carnes e a pele das aves antes da prepara\u00e7\u00e3o torna esses alimentos mais saud\u00e1veis.<\/p>\n<p><strong>6.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>Consuma, no m\u00e1ximo, 1 por\u00e7\u00e3o por dia de \u00f3leos vegetais, azeite, manteiga ou margarina. Fique atento aos r\u00f3tulos dos alimentos e escolha aqueles com menores quantidades de gorduras trans.<\/p>\n<p><strong>7.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Evite refrigerantes e sucos industrializados, bolos, biscoitos doces e recheados, sobremesas doces e outras guloseimas como regra da alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p><strong>8.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Diminua a quantidade de sal na comida e retire o saleiro da mesa. Evite consumir alimentos industrializados com muito sal (s\u00f3dio) como hamb\u00farguer, charque, salsicha, lingui\u00e7a, presunto, salgadinhos, conservas de vegetais, sopas, molhos e temperos prontos.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><strong>9.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/strong>Beba pelo menos 2 litros (6 a 8 copos) de \u00e1gua por dia. D\u00ea prefer\u00eancia ao consumo de \u00e1gua nos intervalos das refei\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><strong>10.<\/strong><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span>Torne sua vida mais saud\u00e1vel.
