font-family: Arial; color: black\">Com o intuito de criar um programa destinado ao funcion\u00e1rio para trabalhar sua autoestima e estimular sua criatividade e motiva\u00e7\u00e3o, foi implantado em 1999 o Projeto Crescer, dedicado exclusivamente a todos que trabalham no Hospital S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9 de Doen\u00e7as Infecciosas, da rede estadual de sa\u00fade.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Arial; color: black\">Passados 13 anos, foram mais de 200 eventos realizados entre oficinas, palestras e semin\u00e1rios, o que tem possibilitado o desenvolvimento pessoal dos participantes. Para a comemora\u00e7\u00e3o, um evento em grande estilo, com palestras especiais, ser\u00e1 realizado no hospital\u00a0em agosto (datas a definir), com base nas solicita\u00e7\u00f5es dos pr\u00f3prios funcion\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Arial; color: black\">Flaub\u00eania Gir\u00e3o, respons\u00e1vel pelo projeto e gerente da Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o de Desenvolvimento de Pessoas (CDP), lembra que o projeto nasceu para atender ao desejo dos pr\u00f3prios funcion\u00e1rios e que tamb\u00e9m h\u00e1 a participa\u00e7\u00e3o de outros setores. \u201cContamos sempre com a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o de departamentos como N\u00facleo de Assist\u00eancia Ensino e Pesquisa da Enfermagem (NAEP) e o Centro de Estudos\u201d, destaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Arial; color: black\">Outras atividades que valorizam o funcion\u00e1rio s\u00e3o o Comida Divers\u00e3o e Arte (CDA), criado em 2002, que celebra os anivers\u00e1rios dos servidores e a cerim\u00f4nia de premia\u00e7\u00e3o para os funcion\u00e1rios que se destacaram num determinado per\u00edodo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Arial; color: black\">A funcion\u00e1ria Erenilde Medeiros, do Centro de Estudos diz que os encontros s\u00e3o momentos voltados \u00e0 intera\u00e7\u00e3o dos servidores e destaca ainda o aprendizado a partir do respeito \u00e1s ideias que diferem das suas: \u201cAprendemos a respeitar a opini\u00e3o do outro, a lidar melhor com as diferen\u00e7as, afinal s\u00e3o muitas cabe\u00e7as pensando\u201d. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 8pt; font-family: Arial; color: black\">Os resultados obtidos pelo projeto excedem a expectativa inicial, contribuem para o crescimento pessoal do funcion\u00e1rio e, consequentemente, o aperfei\u00e7oamento da
