H\u00e1 15 anos, o principal objetivo \u00e9, atrav\u00e9s de uma equipe multidisciplinar, buscar o resgate da auto estima, estimular a criatividade e a motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e, assim, garantir o desenvolvimento conjunto do ambiente de trabalho. S\u00e3o utilizadas t\u00e9cnicas coletivas, din\u00e2micas, exerc\u00edcios de relaxamentos, jogos, atividades l\u00fadicas.
