Desde o cometimento do crime at\u00e9 o julgamento do r\u00e9u, passaram-se 140 dias. O caso foi julgado, nessa segunda-feira (13), pela 5\u00aa Vara do Juri da Comarca de Fortaleza.<\/p>\n<p>Em apenas quatro meses, o caso foi investigado pela Pol\u00edcia Civil e passou pelas fases processuais at\u00e9 chegar ao Juri, que proferiu a senten\u00e7a. Para a vice-governadora do Cear\u00e1 e secret\u00e1ria das Mulheres, Jade Romero, o resultado \u00e9 fruto do esfor\u00e7o conjunto das institui\u00e7\u00f5es que integram o programa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tempo de Justi\u00e7a Mulher<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lan\u00e7ado em agosto deste ano, o Tempo de Justi\u00e7a Mulher busca garantir mais agilidade na investiga\u00e7\u00e3o e no julgamento dos processos dos crimes de feminic\u00eddios no Cear\u00e1. Com isso, todos os casos registrados no Cear\u00e1 em 2023 passaram a ser acompanhados pelo programa. A meta \u00e9 que os feminic\u00eddios registrados devem ter julgamento em, no m\u00e1ximo, 400 dias.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa \u00e9 uma extens\u00e3o do programa Tempo de Justi\u00e7a, uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de parceria entre o Governo do Cear\u00e1, por meio da Vice-Governadoria, Secretaria das Mulheres, Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica e Defesa Social (SSPDS), Pol\u00edcia Civil e Per\u00edcia Forense (Pefoce), Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a, Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico e Defensoria P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Uma tentativa de feminic\u00eddio, registrada em junho deste ano, em Fortaleza, foi o primeiro caso do Programa Tempo de Justi\u00e7a Mulher a ser conclu\u00eddo.
