A cerim\u00f4nia, realizada na sede da secretaria, reuniu autoridades, lideran\u00e7as femininas e representantes da sociedade civil, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u00a0reafirmando o compromisso coletivo com a pauta das mulheres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ao assumir o cargo, Juliana destacou o compromisso de fortalecer e ampliar as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas \u00e0s mulheres no Cear\u00e1. \u201cRecebi esse convite do nosso governador Elmano, fiquei muito lisonjeada e agora assumo a Secretaria das Mulheres, onde faremos um trabalho ainda maior na defesa das mulheres. Essa \u00e9 uma luta que trago da Assembleia, onde fui procuradora da mulher e presidente da Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa e Direitos das Mulheres, e seguirei ainda mais firme e com mais responsabilidade\u201d, afirmou.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-67566\" src=\"https:\/\/www.mulheres.ce.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/157\/2026\/04\/JW046141-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1976\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Juliana Lucena \u00e9 advogada, p\u00f3s-graduada em Direito Administrativo e possui MBA em Gest\u00e3o e Governan\u00e7a P\u00fablica. J\u00e1 foi secret\u00e1ria de Governo de Limoeiro do Norte e, na Assembleia Legislativa do Estado do Cear\u00e1, presidiu a Comiss\u00e3o de Defesa e Direitos da Mulher.
