Avalia\u00e7\u00f5es qualitativas podem ser utilizadas para a confirma\u00e7\u00e3o da conformidade.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>POR QUE CALIBRAR INSTRUMENTOS DE MEDI\u00c7\u00c3O?<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Para conhecer o erro (corre\u00e7\u00e3o) e a incerteza da medi\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Para avaliar a conformidade do instrumento e o seu uso pretendido;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Para identificar necessidades de manuten\u00e7\u00f5es corretivas (ajustes);<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Para ter confiabilidade nas medi\u00e7\u00f5es;<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0Para garantir a qualidade do produto ou servi\u00e7o.<br \/>\n&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>QUAIS INSTRUMENTOS DEVEM SER CALIBRADOS?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">De acordo com a ABNT NBR ISO 9001 \u2013 \u201cSistemas de Gest\u00e3o da Qualidade &#8211; Requisitos\u201d, qualquer instrumento de medi\u00e7\u00e3o respons\u00e1vel por assegurar resultados v\u00e1lidos para a conformidade de um produto ou servi\u00e7o, n\u00e3o importando em qual etapa do processo ele seja utilizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>DEVO CALIBRAR TODAS AS FAIXAS E FUN\u00c7\u00d5ES DO INSTRUMENTO?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">A calibra\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser total, parcial ou concentrada em certa faixa de acordo com a necessidade do cliente e das caracter\u00edsticas construtivas do instrumento sob calibra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>QUANTOS PONTOS DEVO CALIBRAR POR FAIXA?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u00c9 recomend\u00e1vel que a calibra\u00e7\u00e3o seja realizada em, pelo menos, tr\u00eas pontos bem distribu\u00eddos (ex: 10%, 50% e 95% do valor da faixa).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quando n\u00e3o definido pelo cliente, o LME sugerir\u00e1 via Proposta de Servi\u00e7o a quantidade de pontos e de faixas conforme o tipo do instrumento e a capacidade do laborat\u00f3rio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n<strong>QUAL A VALIDADE DO CERTIFICADO DE CALIBRA\u00c7\u00c3O?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Conforme a norma ABNT NBR ISO\/IEC 17.025 \u2013 \u201cRequisitos gerais para a compet\u00eancia de laborat\u00f3rios de ensaio e calibra\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, um certificado de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o ou etiqueta de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o pode conter qualquer recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o intervalo de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o, exceto quando isso tiver sido acordado com o cliente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Quando n\u00e3o h\u00e1 defini\u00e7\u00e3o de prazos em normas espec\u00edficas \u00e0s atividades realizadas com o instrumento, a estimativa do prazo de validade ou do intervalo de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 de compet\u00eancia do(a) usu\u00e1rio\/organiza\u00e7\u00e3o conhecedor(a) do processo, podendo considerar algumas das seguintes vari\u00e1veis para tal estimativa:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<br \/>\n\u2022 Recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o do fabricante;<br \/>\n\u2022 N\u00famero de vezes ou horas que o instrumento foi utilizado;<br \/>\n\u2022 Tipo de instrumento (caracter\u00edsticas construtivas: se \u00e9 fr\u00e1gil ou robusto);<br \/>\n\u2022 Tend\u00eancia dos dados levantados de, pelo menos, tr\u00eas calibra\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores;<br \/>\n\u2022 Hist\u00f3rico de manuten\u00e7\u00f5es corretivas;<br \/>\n\u2022 Extens\u00e3o e severidade do uso;<br \/>\n\u2022 Tend\u00eancia ao desgaste e \u00e0 instabilidade;<br \/>\n\u2022 Frequ\u00eancia de verifica\u00e7\u00e3o cruzada contra outros instrumentos ou padr\u00f5es;<br \/>\n\u2022 Trato que ao instrumento \u00e9 dispensado (acondicionamento e manuseio);<br \/>\n\u2022 Rotatividade e capacita\u00e7\u00e3o dos operadores;<br \/>\n\u2022 Condi\u00e7\u00f5es ambientais de opera\u00e7\u00e3o;<br \/>\n\u2022 Exatid\u00e3o requerida ou pretendida para a medi\u00e7\u00e3o (sensibilidade do processo); etc.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; Acreditado pela Coordena\u00e7\u00e3o Geral de Acredita\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 CGCRE do Inmetro (CAL N\u00ba 0195), o Laborat\u00f3rio de Medidas El\u00e9tricas &#8211; LME tem compet\u00eancia comprovada para calibrar instrumentos de medidas el\u00e9tricas nas grandezas de tens\u00e3o, corrente e resist\u00eancia abrangendo instrumentos, anal\u00f3gicos ou digitais, tais como volt\u00edmetros, amper\u00edmetros, ohm\u00edmetros, alicates amper\u00edmetros, terr\u00f4metros, meg\u00f4metros, fontes de tens\u00e3o, fontes [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":210,"featured_media":0,"parent":1565,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-3774","page","type-page","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
