O evento, cujo o tema central \u00e9 \u201cO papel do Poder Legislativo na prote\u00e7\u00e3o dos direitos humanos\u201d, ser\u00e1 realizado no dia 24 de outubro, \u00e0s 9 horas, no Pr\u00e9dio da Justi\u00e7a Federal. Ser\u00e3o ofertadas 55 (cinquenta e cinco) vagas e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 gratuita.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">O momento contar\u00e1 com a palestra do procurador de Justi\u00e7a, Mestre e Doutorando em Ci\u00eancias Jur\u00eddicas pela Universidade Aut\u00f4noma de Lisboa, Miguel \u00c2ngelo de Carvalho Pinheiro. A mesa ser\u00e1 presidida pelo procurador, professor aposentado da Faculdade de Direito da Universidade Federal do Cear\u00e1 (UFC), P\u00f3s-Doutor em Direito e em Estudos Latino-Americanos e presidente do IBDH, C\u00e9sar Barros Leal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif\"><span style=\"font-size: medium\">O F\u00f3rum, de car\u00e1ter cont\u00ednuo, conta com a realiza\u00e7\u00e3o mensal de palestras que buscam promover e avan\u00e7ar o debate a respeito dos direitos humanos. A finalidade \u00e9 desenvolver a busca de sua promo\u00e7\u00e3o, visando a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de uma cultura de prote\u00e7\u00e3o.
