O programa foi citado pelo governador em painel oficial na Blue Zone como uma das metas priorit\u00e1rias da gest\u00e3o para enfrentar os desafios do semi\u00e1rido e recuperar a Caatinga por meio de estrat\u00e9gias inovadoras de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Entre os representantes do Cear\u00e1 no evento, a orientadora da C\u00e9lula de Silvestres da Sepa, Dra. Karine Montenegro, participou de pain\u00e9is t\u00e9cnicos na Greenzone e na Casa da Biodiversidade. Em ambas ocasi\u00f5es, ela apresentou a palestra \u201cRefauna\u00e7\u00e3o como estrat\u00e9gia para o Recaatingamento no Cear\u00e1\u201d, abordando a import\u00e2ncia da reintrodu\u00e7\u00e3o de esp\u00e9cies e da prote\u00e7\u00e3o da fauna como ferramentas essenciais para restaurar ecossistemas e fortalecer a biodiversidade da regi\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A agenda institucional tamb\u00e9m contou com a presen\u00e7a da coordenadora de Programas Institucionais da Sepa, Sheirle Martins, que participou de reuni\u00f5es estrat\u00e9gicas, acompanhou discuss\u00f5es setoriais e fortaleceu parcerias nacionais e internacionais voltadas \u00e0 prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal e ao enfrentamento da crise clim\u00e1tica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65778\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ce.gov.br\/protecaoanimal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/11\/fb5007dc-aa43-483e-be29-cffa2e878077-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1280\" height=\"591\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\nAo longo da COP30, o Cear\u00e1 esteve presente em importantes espa\u00e7os de debate, incluindo:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 10\/11 \u2013 Painel da ABEMA, na Casa da Biodiversidade;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&#8211; 13\/11 \u2013 Painel do Cons\u00f3rcio Nordeste, na Greenzone.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65781\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ce.gov.br\/protecaoanimal\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/11\/868cc8a3-f672-4301-9750-ae9d36452c54-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"960\" height=\"774\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><br \/>\nOutro ponto de destaque foi a apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o do Plano de A\u00e7\u00e3o Territorial dos Sert\u00f5es Cearenses (PAT. Sert\u00f5es), iniciativa que integra conserva\u00e7\u00e3o, manejo da fauna, pol\u00edticas de bem-estar animal e estrat\u00e9gias clim\u00e1ticas voltadas ao semi\u00e1rido. O plano foi reconhecido como uma refer\u00eancia na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de a\u00e7\u00f5es territoriais adaptadas \u00e0s realidades da Caatinga.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A presen\u00e7a do Cear\u00e1 na COP30 refor\u00e7a a consolida\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado como refer\u00eancia na pauta de prote\u00e7\u00e3o animal dentro do contexto clim\u00e1tico.
