O estado do Cear\u00e1 \u00e9 representado pelo F\u00f3rum Estadual das Microempresas e Empresas e Pequeno Porte do Cear\u00e1, institu\u00eddo por meio do Decreto Estadual N\u00ba 33.770\u00a0 de 14 de Outubro de 2020.<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>O F\u00f3rum Estadual das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte do Estado do Cear\u00e1 \u00e9 constitu\u00eddo por 27 institui\u00e7\u00f5es e presidido pela Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Trabalho-SEDET.<\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Atribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">O F\u00f3rum Estadual das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte do Cear\u00e1 tem como principais atribui\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Articular e promover, em conjunto com \u00f3rg\u00e3os do Governo Federal, Estadual e Municipal, a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o necess\u00e1ria ao cumprimento do Estatuto Nacional da Microempresa e da Empresa de Pequeno Porte, bem como acompanhar a sua efetiva implanta\u00e7\u00e3o, atos e procedimentos dele decorrentes no \u00e2mbito do Estado do Cear\u00e1;<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Propor e acompanhar a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o das pol\u00edticas governamentais, federais, estaduais e municipais de apoio e fomento \u00e0s microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte;<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Promover a articula\u00e7\u00e3o e a integra\u00e7\u00e3o entre os diversos \u00f3rg\u00e3os governamentais e as entidades de apoio e representa\u00e7\u00e3o, que atuem no segmento das microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte;<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Propor os ajustes e aperfei\u00e7oamentos necess\u00e1rios \u00e0 efetiva implanta\u00e7\u00e3o da pol\u00edtica de fortalecimento e desenvolvimento deste segmento no Estado, inclusive no campo da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o, propondo atos e medidas necess\u00e1rios;<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Promover as a\u00e7\u00f5es que levem \u00e0 consolida\u00e7\u00e3o e harmoniza\u00e7\u00e3o dos diversos programas de apoio \u00e0s microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte;<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4>*Integrar o F\u00f3rum Permanente Nacional das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte, e encaminhar assuntos e propostas que reflitam a necessidade de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas orientadas \u00e0s microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Estrutura<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">O F\u00f3rum Estadual das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte do Cear\u00e1 \u00e9 estruturado por Comit\u00eas Tem\u00e1ticos. Estes s\u00e3o respons\u00e1veis pela articula\u00e7\u00e3o, desenvolvimento de estudos, elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de propostas e encaminhamento dos temas espec\u00edficos que dever\u00e3o compor o Plano Anual de Trabalho e a formula\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Comit\u00eas Tem\u00e1ticos:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">I \u2013 <strong>Regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o e Simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Reduzir ou promover a simplifica\u00e7\u00e3o de obriga\u00e7\u00f5es impostas \u00e0s microempresas e empresas de pequeno porte.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">II \u2013 <strong>Acesso a Mercados<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Viabilizar o acesso das micro e pequenas empresas \u00e0s compras p\u00fablicas, aos mercados, externo e interno, assim como \u00e0 cadeia produtiva das grandes empresas.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">III \u2013 <strong>Tecnologia e Inova\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Incentivar o acesso a novas tecnologias e inova\u00e7\u00f5es de processos, produtos e servi\u00e7os das micro e pequenas empresas.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">IV \u2013 <strong>Investimento, Financiamento e Cr\u00e9dito<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Facilitar o acesso das micro e pequenas empresas ao cr\u00e9dito banc\u00e1rio e outras fontes de financiamento.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">V \u2013 <strong>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o e Cultura Empreendedora<\/strong><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">Ampliar as oportunidades de capacita\u00e7\u00e3o para as micro e pequenas empresas, com a perspectiva de dissemina\u00e7\u00e3o e compartilhamento da informa\u00e7\u00e3o por meio de redes de relacionamento.<\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-72931 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.sedet.ce.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/72\/2020\/11\/Organograma-Forum-600x301.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"751\" height=\"377\" \/><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Integrantes do F\u00f3rum Estadual<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\">O F\u00f3rum Estadual das Microempresas e Empresas de Pequeno Porte do Cear\u00e1 \u00e9 presidido e secretariado pela Secretaria do Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Trabalho com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das seguintes institui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/h4>\n<h4><\/h4>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong><span style=\"color: #fc6836\">I.
