No total, s\u00e3o 210 vagas distribu\u00eddas entre os tr\u00eas cursos nos turnos manh\u00e3, tarde e noite.<\/p>\n<p>Para participar da sele\u00e7\u00e3o, os candidatos devem ter a partir de 18 anos completos no ato da matr\u00edcula; Ensino M\u00e9dio completo ou cursando e disponibilidade por tr\u00eas meses, de segunda-feira a sexta-feira no turno escolhido (manh\u00e3, tarde ou noite). Ap\u00f3s a inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no site, o processo seletivo ser\u00e1 seguido de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do perfil dos candidatos e entrevista presencial. A aulas ter\u00e3o in\u00edcio em abril. J\u00e1 Confeitaria foca na forma\u00e7\u00e3o para o aluno atuar como confeiteiro, em padarias, restaurantes, confeitarias, pousadas, hot\u00e9is e\/ou outros estabelecimentos. O curso de Cozinha B\u00e1sica capacita para o trabalho em cozinhas profissionais, bares, restaurantes, hot\u00e9is, pousadas e\/ou estabelecimentos. Todos os cursos s\u00e3o gratuitos e t\u00eam carga hor\u00e1ria de 240h.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre a Escola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Institui\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Cear\u00e1, a EGSIDB \u00e9 gerida pelo Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar. O nome faz refer\u00eancia ao fundador do grupo M. Dias Branco, que financiou a sede doada para o Estado em uma parceria p\u00fablico-privada. O centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o oferece cursos b\u00e1sicos e profissionalizantes em cozinha, panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e confeitaria, al\u00e9m de mentorias para desenvolvimento de produtos e projetos, por meio do Laborat\u00f3rio de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o em Cultura Alimentar Gastronomia. Todas as atividades s\u00e3o gratuitas, mediante inscri\u00e7\u00e3o e processo seletivo.
