O projeto \u201c<strong>Laborat\u00f3rio de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o em Cultura Alimentar e Gastronomia Social: formando para transformar<\/strong>\u201d\u00a0foi anunciado oficialmente como um dos finalistas do Pr\u00eamio LED \u2013 Luz na Educa\u00e7\u00e3o 2026. A premia\u00e7\u00e3o, uma iniciativa da Globo e da Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Roberto Marinho, identifica e ilumina as pr\u00e1ticas educativas mais potentes e transformadoras do Brasil.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Desenvolvido pela <strong>Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco (EGSIDB)<\/strong> \u2014 espa\u00e7o que integra a<strong> Rede P\u00fablica de Equipamentos Culturais (Rece)<\/strong> do <strong>Governo do Cear\u00e1<\/strong>, vinculada \u00e0 <strong>Secretaria da Cultura (Secult)<\/strong> e gerido em parceria com o<strong> Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar (IDM)<\/strong> \u2014 o <strong>Laborat\u00f3rio de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o (LAB)<\/strong> conquistou sua vaga na final entre milhares de inscri\u00e7\u00f5es. O reconhecimento destaca uma metodologia que prova que a sala de aula pode transbordar para os territ\u00f3rios, unindo a sabedoria popular ao rigor da pesquisa cient\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>O reconhecimento da \u201cci\u00eancia do ch\u00e3o\u201d<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O <strong>Laborat\u00f3rio de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong> destacou-se por sua metodologia de \u201c<strong>pesquisa-a\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d, que inverte a l\u00f3gica tradicional do ensino. No <strong>LAB<\/strong>, o curr\u00edculo nasce da realidade: agricultores, quilombolas, ind\u00edgenas e cozinheiras tradicionais s\u00e3o convidados a transformar os desafios de suas comunidades em projetos de inova\u00e7\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica e social.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Desde 2018, a iniciativa j\u00e1 impulsionou 30 pesquisas aplicadas, criando um ecossistema onde a \u201c<strong>ci\u00eancia do ch\u00e3o<\/strong>\u201d dialoga horizontalmente com institui\u00e7\u00f5es de refer\u00eancia, como a Embrapa e a UFC. Estar na final do Pr\u00eamio LED chancela a gastronomia social como um campo de conhecimento leg\u00edtimo, capaz de gerar solu\u00e7\u00f5es reais para a soberania alimentar e a economia criativa.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Educa\u00e7\u00e3o para a liberdade e perman\u00eancia no campo<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Mais do que t\u00e9cnica, o projeto finalista promove a dignidade. O impacto do LAB \u00e9 sentido na trajet\u00f3ria de pesquisadores que, ao validarem seus saberes, tornam-se multiplicadores em seus territ\u00f3rios. Hist\u00f3rias como a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do caf\u00e9 do Maci\u00e7o de Baturit\u00e9 ou a inova\u00e7\u00e3o nos derivados do leite de cabra no Sert\u00e3o Central exemplificam como a educa\u00e7\u00e3o pode fortalecer a sucess\u00e3o rural e o orgulho identit\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201c<em>Ser finalista do Pr\u00eamio LED \u00e9 o reconhecimento de que a escuta e a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o da ancestralidade s\u00e3o recursos pedag\u00f3gicos de vanguarda. Estamos mostrando ao Brasil que o alimento, quando aliado \u00e0 pesquisa e ao afeto, \u00e9 uma ferramenta pol\u00edtica e social de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/em>\u201d, destaca Selene Penaforte, superintendente da Escola.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify\"><strong>Torcida pelo Cear\u00e1<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Com a chegada \u00e0 final, o modelo pedag\u00f3gico do Laborat\u00f3rio de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o passa a ser uma vitrine de inspira\u00e7\u00e3o para pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas em todo o pa\u00eds.
