O resultado final foi divulgado no dia 22 de mar\u00e7o<\/p>\n<p>Institui\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Cear\u00e1 (Secult), a Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco (EGSIDB) \u00e9 administrada pelo Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar (IDM) est\u00e1 em plena atividade neste primeiro semestre. Os cursos profissionalizantes iniciaram no dia 1\u00ba de abril com uma aula inaugural ministrada pelo articulador de gastronomia do Governo do Estado, Jo\u00e3o Lima, que recebeu os alunos com o tema: \u201cGastronomia: transforma\u00e7\u00e3o social e desenvolvimento econ\u00f4mico\u201d. A ex-aluna Monalyza Rocha tamb\u00e9m compartilhou sua experi\u00eancia no curso profissionalizante com os novos alunos.<\/p>\n<p>No total, foram 3689 inscri\u00e7\u00f5es (1\u00aa fase), sendo 420 selecionados para a 2\u00aa fase. O resultado final foi divulgado no dia 22 de mar\u00e7o. S\u00e3o tr\u00eas cursos &#8211; Cozinha B\u00e1sica, Panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e Confeitaria &#8211; com o objetivo principal de habilitar para o exerc\u00edcio profissional. Com dura\u00e7\u00e3o de tr\u00eas meses, 240 horas aula, a cada novo ciclo s\u00e3o oferecidas 210 vagas. O p\u00fablico-alvo preferencial dos cursos profissionalizantes \u00e9 formado por jovens de 17 a 29 anos em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social. O acesso \u00e9 por meio de processo seletivo, incluindo inscri\u00e7\u00f5es no site e entrevista presencial. O p\u00fablico-alvo da escola s\u00e3o jovens em situa\u00e7\u00e3o de vulnerabilidade social e adultos com ou sem experi\u00eancia em gastronomia. Uma curiosidade \u00e9 que o nome faz refer\u00eancia ao fundador do grupo M.
