Fichas t\u00e9cnicas e formas de precifica\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o na grade do curso.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO objetivo \u00e9 formar os alunos para produzir seus p\u00e3es em casa e tamb\u00e9m terem uma nova fonte de renda nesse per\u00edodo da P\u00e1scoa\u201d, afirma Janderson, que foi um dos selecionados da 1\u00aa edi\u00e7\u00e3o dos Laborat\u00f3rios de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o da Escola.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre a Escola<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Institui\u00e7\u00e3o da Secretaria da Cultura do Estado do Cear\u00e1, a Escola de Gastronomia Social Ivens Dias Branco (EGSIDB) \u00e9 gerida pelo Instituto Drag\u00e3o do Mar. O nome faz refer\u00eancia ao fundador do grupo M. Dias Branco por ter sido, ele, o financiador da sede e sua infraestrutura doadas para o Estado. O centro de forma\u00e7\u00e3o oferece cursos b\u00e1sicos e profissionalizantes em cozinha, panifica\u00e7\u00e3o e confeitaria, al\u00e9m de mentorias para desenvolvimento de produtos e projetos, atrav\u00e9s dos Laborat\u00f3rios de Cria\u00e7\u00e3o.
