O Governo do Cear\u00e1, dentre as suas prioridades, constr\u00f3i novas estradas e pavimentos e recupera outras j\u00e1 existentes. As rodovias estaduais ou CEs, cuja malha est\u00e1 sob jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o do Departamento de Edifica\u00e7\u00f5es e Rodovias do Cear\u00e1 (DER), vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria da Infraestrutura (Seinfra), v\u00eam recebendo investimento maci\u00e7o do Governo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">O governador Cid Gomes dever\u00e1 fechar o ano de 2010, com cerca de R$ 1,37 bilh\u00e3o investidos em obras rodovi\u00e1rias. O objetivo \u00e9 melhorar as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trafegabilidade em todas as regi\u00f5es do Estado, impulsionando o turismo e melhorando o escoamento de mercadorias e o deslocamento de pessoas. S\u00e3o quase 2.900 km de rodovias constru\u00eddas ou recuperadas nesses \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Obras importantes, como a duplica\u00e7\u00e3o da CE-025 (Maestro Lisboa), duplica\u00e7\u00e3o da rodovia CE-040 (desde a Av. Perimetral, passado por Aquiraz, entrada do Iguape, Cascavel e depois Beberibe), ambas em andamento; Trechos da Rodovia Padre C\u00edcero (Banabui\u00fa \u2013 Solon\u00f3pole, na rodovia CE-153, Cariria\u00e7u \u2013 Quitai\u00fas \u2013 Entr\u00ba BR-230); Jijoca de Jericoacoara \u2013 Granja \u2013 Vi\u00e7osa, na CE-085\/311, dentre outras, comp\u00f5em o grupo de obras rodovi\u00e1rias que recebem aten\u00e7\u00e3o do governo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cid Gomes recebeu as rodovias estaduais em condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trafegabilidade que apontavam \u00edndices de cerca de 57,8% em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. Ao final desses \u00faltimos tr\u00eas anos, as condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trafegabilidade j\u00e1 atingem um \u00edndice 90,4% em boas condi\u00e7\u00f5es.
