As condi\u00e7\u00f5es para existir um Replanilhamento s\u00e3o as seguintes:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">\n<p>2. As etapas\u00a0 s\u00e3o:\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Abertura, Edi\u00e7\u00e3o ( DER\/ Contratada) \u00a0e o Processamento, <\/strong><\/span> exclusivo do DER.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">3. O DER no ato de sua abertura<strong> pode definir quem far\u00e1 a edi\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo<\/strong> ou seja: <strong><em>N\u00facleo de Medi\u00e7\u00e3o do DER ou a pr\u00f3pria Contratada<\/em><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">4. O\u00a0Replanilhamento <strong>s\u00f3 estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel para edi\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong>, quando o <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">DER <strong>Processar <\/strong>o mesmo<\/span>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">5. <strong>Disponibilizamos v\u00e1rias <\/strong><a href=\"index.php\/component\/hdflvplayer\/?view=player&amp;layout=playerlayout\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">v\u00eddeo aulas<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/a> para ajudar o entendimento por parte dos usu\u00e1rios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\">6.
