O reflorestamento da \u00e1rea afetada pela constru\u00e7\u00e3o das edifica\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e9 realizado em uma parceria entre a Superintend\u00eancia de Obras P\u00fablicas (SOP), a Superintend\u00eancia do Meio Ambiente (Semace), a Secretaria do Meio Ambiente e Mudan\u00e7a do Clima (Sema) e a Secretaria da Administra\u00e7\u00e3o Penitenci\u00e1ria e Ressocializa\u00e7\u00e3o (SAP), que rep\u00f4s 1.055 mudas das esp\u00e9cies Timba\u00faba, Aroeira-Pimenteira, Angico-Branco e Pau-Ferro, seguindo as orienta\u00e7\u00f5es do manual de arboriza\u00e7\u00e3o do munic\u00edpio de Fortaleza.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-254747 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceara.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/IMG_7130-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">O trabalho de plantio contou com o aux\u00edlio de m\u00e3o de obra fornecida pela SAP, por meio da intermedia\u00e7\u00e3o da SOP, e durou todo o m\u00eas de setembro. As mudas plantadas receber\u00e3o acompanhamento e irriga\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua para garantir o pleno desenvolvimento e consolida\u00e7\u00e3o das ra\u00edzes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">Estima-se que, quando as esp\u00e9cies atingirem a maturidade, elas contribuam para capta\u00e7\u00e3o de aproximadamente 2 mil toneladas de g\u00e1s carb\u00f4nico, atuando diretamente na neutraliza\u00e7\u00e3o da presen\u00e7a de poluentes que promovem o aquecimento global.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-254748 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/www.ceara.gov.br\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/IMG_7124-scaled.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"2560\" height=\"1707\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\">\u201cEsta a\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 mais que um simples plantio condicionado pela licen\u00e7a ambiental do Hospital Universit\u00e1rio: \u00e9 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o de reflorestamento de uma parcela da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o (ex\u00f3tica e nativa) que deu lugar a esse equipamento de sa\u00fade.
