O encerramento da turma aconteceu na \u00faltima segunda-feira, 10 de mar\u00e7o, no <span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\">Audit\u00f3rio do Hotel Escola Dorot\u00e9ias, localizado no Condom\u00ednio Espiritual Uirapuru (CEU).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"> Formados pelo Projeto Primeiro Passo no curso de Assistente Administrativo, os estudantes foram capacitados durante 16 meses e cumpriram carga hor\u00e1ria de 1.280 h\/a, sendo 400 h\/a te\u00f3ricas e 880 h\/a pr\u00e1ticas. As comunidades do Pirambu, Jacarecanga, Aerol\u00e2ndia, Lagamar, S\u00e3o Bernardo, Jangurussu, Conjunto Cear\u00e1, Parque S\u00e3o Jos\u00e9, Jos\u00e9 Walter, Mucuripe, Parque Santa Maria, al\u00e9m de jovens do Instituto Cearense de Educa\u00e7\u00e3o de Surdos, em Fortaleza, foram beneficiadas com as capacita\u00e7\u00f5es. O Projeto contou com a parceria de 300 empresas atuantes nos mais diversos ramos. Ao final do per\u00edodo de aprendizagem, foram efetivados 12 jovens nas empresas.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\">\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><b>Interior<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"> O Primeiro Passo tamb\u00e9m formou no s\u00e1bado, 8 de mar\u00e7o, 80 jovens nos munic\u00edpios de Barro, Miss\u00e3o Velha e Jaguaribara. Capacitados na linha de a\u00e7\u00e3o Bolsista, os alunos participaram dos cursos de Cabeleireiro, Manicure e Pedicure e Agente Operacional de Turismo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: 150%;\"><span color=\"#000000\" style=\"color: #000000; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt;\"><span face=\"Arial, sans-serif\"> Nos dias 8, 9 e 14 de mar\u00e7o, nos munic\u00edpios de Miss\u00e3o Velha, Mauriti, Barro, Jaguaribara, Caucaia, Quixeramobim e Banabui\u00fa, o Projeto Criando Oportunidades forma 185 pessoas nos cursos de Costureiro, Doces e Salgados, Mec\u00e2nica de Motos e Ingl\u00eas. Al\u00e9m disso, atende jovens de 16 a 24 anos \u00e0 procura do primeiro emprego; segmentos especiais: pessoas com defici\u00eancia, quilombolas, afro-descendentes, ind\u00edgenas, apenados e egressos do sistema penal e de medidas socioeducativas e LGBTT.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"JUSTIFY\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;
