{"id":3071,"date":"2015-03-05T15:26:43","date_gmt":"2015-03-05T18:26:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.stds.ce.gov.br\/2015\/03\/05\/dia-da-mulher-3\/"},"modified":"2015-03-05T15:26:43","modified_gmt":"2015-03-05T18:26:43","slug":"dia-da-mulher-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.ce.gov.br\/sps\/2015\/03\/05\/dia-da-mulher-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Cresce participa\u00e7\u00e3o da mulher no mercado de trabalho"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"CENTER\"><em style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">Dados fazem parte da \u201cBoletim Especial PED &#8211; Mulheres e o mercado de trabalho na RMF\u201d, divulgado hoje (5\/3)<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"CENTER\"><em style=\"font-size: small; font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\">\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"CENTER\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">A taxa de participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina no mercado de traballho da regi\u00e3o Metropolitana de Fortaleza (RMF) subiu de 48,5% para 49,1%, entre 2013 e 2014, o que equivale \u00e0 incorpora\u00e7\u00e3o de 19 mil mulheres \u00e0 for\u00e7a de trabalho da regi\u00e3o, ou mais 2,3%.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">O crescimento da participa\u00e7\u00e3o feminina foi acompanhado pela expans\u00e3o da ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desemprego, que em 2014 avan\u00e7ou para a ambos os sexos.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Em 2014, das 51 mil ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es geradas, 25 mil contemplaram a for\u00e7a de trabalho masculina (49%) e 26 mil destinaram-se \u00e0 for\u00e7a de trabalho feminina (51%). Com isso, <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>o contingente de mulheres ocupadas<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">, que era de 742 mil, em 2013, atingiu <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>768 mil, em 2014<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">, ano em que 1,019 milh\u00e3o de homens participaram da for\u00e7a de trabalho da regi\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Dessa forma, homens e mulheres tiveram suas oportunidades de trabalho ampliadas, no ano passado.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; font-variant: small-caps;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Desemprego em queda<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Com a amplia\u00e7\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho feminina, o <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">desemprego total na RMF caiu de 8,0%, em 2013, para 7,6%, em 2014, puxada pela redu\u00e7\u00e3o da taxa feminina, de 9,6% para 8,7%. Em 2011 e 2012 a taxa de desemprego feminino era de 10,7%, nos dois anos seguidos. Em 2009, foi de 12,9%.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Portanto o n\u00edvel de desemprego feminino em 2014 foi o menor dos \u00faltimos tr\u00eas seis anos e da relativa estabilidade do desemprego masculino, que passou de 6,6% para 6,7%,respectivamente. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>Em n\u00fameros absolutos, o n\u00famero de mulheres desempregadas recuou 18%, passando de 89 mil em 2010, para 73 mil em 2014.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Para o secret\u00e1rio Estadual do Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Social, Josbertini Clementino, a pesquisa registra avan\u00e7os e revela conquistas das mulheres no mercado de trabalho, mas tamb\u00e9m mostra que muito \u201cainda h\u00e1 a percorrer, para que atinjamos o est\u00e1gio de igualdade de direitos entre g\u00eaneros\u201d. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8220;Percebe-se que apesar da amplia\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00edvel de ocupa\u00e7\u00e3o e redu\u00e7\u00e3o do desemprego entre as mulheres, ainda \u00e9 preciso avan\u00e7ar muito para reduzir a desigualdade entre os g\u00eaneros, em termos laborais. Isto porque ainda se observam diferen\u00e7as, especialmente no que se refere ao rendimento do trabalho e \u00e0s formas de inser\u00e7\u00e3o&#8221;, acrescenta o presidente do Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Trabalho (IDT), Gilvan Mendes.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">Os n\u00fameros constam no<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Boletim Tem\u00e1tico \u201cMulheres e o mercado de trabalho na RMF\u201d, que \u00e9 parte da programa\u00e7\u00e3o de comemora\u00e7\u00e3o ao Dia Internacional da Mulher, celebrado no pr\u00f3ximo domingo, dia 8 de mar\u00e7o, pelo Governo do Estado, por meio da Secretaria do Trabalho e Desenvolvimento Social (STDS) e do Instituto de Desenvolvimento do Trabalho (IDT), o Departamento Intersindical de Estat\u00edsticas e Estudos Socioecon\u00f4micos (Dieese) e a Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Sistema Estadual de An\u00e1lise de Dados (Seade).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; font-variant: small-caps;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Perfil das mulheres desempregadas<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; Mais da metade dessas mulheres tinham de 16 a 24 anos (54,1%), <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; 82,6% delas eram negras <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">&#8211; 12,5% eram chefes de fam\u00edlia, em 2014.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Setores<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Das 51 mil novas ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es totais no ano passado, 44 mil ou ocorreram no setor de servi\u00e7os, onde a presen\u00e7a feminina \u00e9 <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">tradicionalmente mais expressiva. Das 44 mil novas vagas, 59% ou <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>26 mil foram ocupadas por mulheres, distribu\u00eddas em v\u00e1rios segmentos.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> Nesse caso, destacaram-se: administra\u00e7\u00e3o p\u00fablica, defesa, seguridade social; educa\u00e7\u00e3o, sa\u00fade humana e servi\u00e7os sociais (11 mil, ou 8,2%), alojamento e alimenta\u00e7\u00e3o; outras atividades de servi\u00e7os; artes, cultura, esporte e recrea\u00e7\u00e3o (7 mil, ou 5,9%) e informa\u00e7\u00e3o e comunica\u00e7\u00e3o; atividades profissionais, cient\u00edficas e t\u00e9cnicas (5 mil, ou 16,7%).<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong> No com\u00e9rcio e repara\u00e7\u00e3o de ve\u00edculos automotores <\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">e motocicletas foram geradas 9 mil ocupa\u00e7\u00f5es, sendo quase 4 mil para os homens e cerca de 6 mil para as mulheres. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><strong>A ind\u00fastria de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o<\/strong><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> foi o \u00fanico setor a eliminar postos de trabalho (-7 mil, ou -2,2%), o que ocorreu entre homens (-2 mil, ou -1,3%) e mulheres (-5 mil, ou -3,3%), impedindo uma maior inser\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres no mercado de trabalho local.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-variant: small-caps;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Rendimento do trabalho: desigualdade volta a crescer, apesar dos ganhos reais<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: small;\"> O rendimento m\u00e9dio real do total dos ocupados cresceu 1,8%, na RMF, entre 2013 e 2014, passando a valer R$ 1.193. O rendimento m\u00e9dio real mensal dos homens foi estimado em R$ 1.363 e o das mulheres, R$ 979,equivalendo a 71,8% do rendimento m\u00e9dio masculino (Tabela 6). Entre os sexos, cresceram os rendimentos m\u00e9dios reais dos homens (3,2%) e, em menor intensidade, das mulheres (1,0%), o que favoreceu nova amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das disparidades salariais existentes.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; text-align: left;\" align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span style=\"font-size:
