Na data, a Comiss\u00e3o, vinculada \u00e0 Secretaria de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Social, Justi\u00e7a, Mulheres e Direitos Humanos (SPS), <\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">realiza a sess\u00e3o ordin\u00e1ria de julgamento de anistia dos ex-deputados Francisco Vasconcelos de Arruda e Luciano Campos e do radialista Eloi Teles. O julgamento ocorrer\u00e1, \u00e0s 15h, na Assembleia Legislativa. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Na ocasi\u00e3o, os ex-presos pol\u00edticos ser\u00e3o representados pelas fam\u00edlias que podem receber um valor entre R$5 mil e R$30 mil como ressarcimento pelos malfeitos ocorridos no per\u00edodo da pris\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Os anistiados recebem, al\u00e9m da indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o, e o pedido de perd\u00e3o do Estado como reconhecimento aos danos causados.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\">Nos \u00faltimos quatro anos de gest\u00e3o, o governador Camilo Santana destinou R$ 1,58 milh\u00e3o de reais para o pagamento de indeniza\u00e7\u00e3o a ex-presos pol\u00edticos cearenses.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><u><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Resgate da Mem\u00f3ria<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/u><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Eloi Teles<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> teve como primeira bandeira de luta a Reforma Agr\u00e1ria, motivo pelo qual foi perseguido e preso em 1964. Anos depois, ganhou notoriedade no r\u00e1dio com programas voltados para causas sociais. Sua voz ecoou por toda Regi\u00e3o do Cariri, incomodando as autoridades da \u00e9poca. Ap\u00f3s persegui\u00e7\u00f5es no trabalho e na vida pessoal, foi preso novamente e torturado. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Luciano Campos<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> participou, quando estudante de Direito,<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> da lideran\u00e7a do movimento estudantil universit\u00e1rio e militou pela Uni\u00e3o Democr\u00e1tica Nacional (UDN). Eleito deputado estadual, foi perseguido pelo regime militar. Detido em ocasi\u00f5es diversas, teve seu mandato cassado em 1969 e seus direitos politicos suspensos por dez anos.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"western\" align=\"justify\"><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"><b>Francisco Vasconcelos<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000080\"><span lang=\"zxx\"><span style=\"color: #000000\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: small\"> foi eleito deputado estadual pelo Cear\u00e1 e teve seu mandato cassado em 1964. Mesmo afastado da Assembl\u00e9ia continuou sendo vitima de persegui\u00e7\u00e3o, o que n\u00e3o o impediu de ajudar na constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Casa do Estudante.
