A partir desta quarta-feira (8), um bate-papo virtual estar\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel no site (www.sps.ce.gov.br) para a popula\u00e7\u00e3o buscar informa\u00e7\u00f5es e tirar d\u00favidas sobre projetos e programas desenvolvidos pela SPS e institui\u00e7\u00f5es parceiras.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Utilizando uma ferramenta gratuita, a SPS apresentar\u00e1, inicialmente, 20 temas de a\u00e7\u00f5es e programas de maior capilaridade e com maiores demandas dos usu\u00e1rios. \u201cListamos os assuntos mais recorrentes para come\u00e7armos esse atendimento. Podemos, em um segundo momento, ampliar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o de tem\u00e1ticas. A ideia \u00e9 n\u00e3o deixar nenhum cidad\u00e3o sem resposta\u201d, observa a titular da SPS, Socorro Fran\u00e7a.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A coordenadora de desenvolvimento institucional da SPS, Marcele Arruda, ressalta os t\u00e9cnicos das \u00e1reas contempladas passaram por um treinamento para operar a ferramenta e para ter um padr\u00e3o de atendimento. \u201cO objetivo \u00e9 disponibilizar mais um canal direto de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o ao p\u00fablico externo e interno, refor\u00e7ando os caminhos remotos de atendimento\u201d, destaca.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\u201cO Tawk.to \u00e9 uma ferramenta livre e gratuita, dispon\u00edvel para todos\u201d, informa o coordenador de Tecnologia da Informa\u00e7\u00e3o da SPS, S\u00e9rgio Brilhante. Ele explica que o acesso \u00e9 f\u00e1cil e r\u00e1pido. O chat estar\u00e1 atendendo on-line, em tempo real, no hor\u00e1rio das 9 \u00e0s 18 horas, de segunda a sexta-feira. Nos fins de semana, o usu\u00e1rio tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 acess\u00e1-lo no modo off-line e apresentar a sua demanda, que ser\u00e1 respondida no primeiro dia \u00fatil seguinte.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Como acessar\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ao clicar na logomarca em verde e branco no canto superior direito da tela do site da SPS, uma janela se abre para que o usu\u00e1rio se identifique. Ele dever\u00e1 preencher os campos obrigat\u00f3rios de nome completo, telefone, e-mail e munic\u00edpio onde reside. Em seguida, ir\u00e1 escolher o assunto sobre o qual deseja informa\u00e7\u00f5es.
