O Judici\u00e1rio, o Executivo, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (MP) e a Defensoria P\u00fablica realizaram, nesta segunda-feira (14\/08), reuni\u00e3o de acompanhamento do programa \u201cTempo de Justi\u00e7a\u201d, que monitora homic\u00eddios ocorridos em Fortaleza a partir de janeiro deste ano. O objetivo da ferramenta \u00e9 verificar a dura\u00e7\u00e3o de cada fase, da investiga\u00e7\u00e3o ao julgamento, para que os casos sejam finalizados no prazo m\u00e9dio de um ano.<\/p>\n
Participaram do encontro, no Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Cear\u00e1 (TJCE), o presidente da Corte, desembargador Gladyson Pontes; a vice-governadora Izolda Cela; a desembargadora Adelineide Viana e o juiz Henrique Jorge Holanda Silveira (representantes do Tribunal no projeto); o promotor de Justi\u00e7a Manuel Pinheiro (Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico \u2013 MP); M\u00e1rcio Maranh\u00e3o e Patr\u00edcia S\u00e1 (Defensoria P\u00fablica); o delegado-geral adjunto da Pol\u00edcia Civil, Marcus Rattacaso; o diretor da Delegacia de Homic\u00eddios e Prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 Pessoa, Leonardo Barreto; Sandro Camilo, adjunto da Secretaria da Justi\u00e7a e Cidadania; Jean Ara\u00fajo, adjunto da Per\u00edcia Forense; e Fernando Oliveira, do Gabinete da Vice-Governadoria; entre outros servidores da \u00e1rea de tecnologia das institui\u00e7\u00f5es envolvidas.<\/p>\n
O sistema trabalha com informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre assassinatos de autoria conhecida. S\u00e3o v\u00e1rios os agentes que atuam para investigar, denunciar e julgar os respons\u00e1veis. Come\u00e7a pela Pol\u00edcia Militar, que preserva o local do homic\u00eddio. Em seguida, a morte precisa ser atestada por profissional da \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica. Depois, come\u00e7am as atividades dos peritos forenses. J\u00e1 a Pol\u00edcia Civil tem a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de investigar e elaborar o inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\n
O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (MP) faz a an\u00e1lise para decidir se manda arquivar ou oferece den\u00fancia ao Judici\u00e1rio. Por \u00faltimo, a a\u00e7\u00e3o chega a juiz de Vara do J\u00fari, a quem compete fazer a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual, com manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa (p\u00fablica ou particular), e levar o caso a julgamento, feito pelo Conselho de Senten\u00e7a, formado por sete pessoas da comunidade. S\u00e3o elas que decidem sobre a culpa ou n\u00e3o do r\u00e9u.<\/p>\n
O \u201cTempo de Justi\u00e7a\u201d (parceria entre Vice-Governadoria, TJCE, MP e Secretaria da Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica) \u00e9 uma a\u00e7\u00e3o do \u201cPacto por um Cear\u00e1 Pac\u00edfico\u201d, conjunto de medidas para reduzir os \u00edndices de criminalidade no Estado e disseminar a cultura de paz na sociedade. Fazem parte Governo, Judici\u00e1rio, Assembleia Legislativa, Pol\u00edcias estaduais e federais, MP, Defensoria P\u00fablica, Prefeitura de Fortaleza, universidades e outras institui\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

S\u00e3o v\u00e1rios os agentes que atuam para investigar, denunciar e julgar os respons\u00e1veis. Come\u00e7a pela Pol\u00edcia Militar, que preserva o local do homic\u00eddio. Em seguida, a morte precisa ser atestada por profissional da \u00e1rea m\u00e9dica. Depois, come\u00e7am as atividades dos peritos forenses. J\u00e1 a Pol\u00edcia Civil tem a atribui\u00e7\u00e3o de investigar e elaborar o inqu\u00e9rito.<\/p>\nO Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico (MP) faz a an\u00e1lise para decidir se manda arquivar ou oferece den\u00fancia ao Judici\u00e1rio. Por \u00faltimo, a a\u00e7\u00e3o chega a juiz de Vara do J\u00fari, a quem compete fazer a instru\u00e7\u00e3o processual, com manifesta\u00e7\u00e3o da defesa (p\u00fablica ou particular), e levar o caso a julgamento, feito pelo Conselho de Senten\u00e7a, formado por sete pessoas da comunidade.
